IMMIGRATION LAW

Chary Law is dedicated to helping businesses, investors, and individuals navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law. Our team utilizes our extensive years of experience in employment-based and investment immigration, providing strategic counsel and comprehensive representation. We partner with companies across all industries to obtain temporary work visas and permanent residency for their foreign national employees. From H-1B and L-1 visas to PERM labor certification and outstanding researcher petitions, we guide employers through each step of the process. Our in-depth knowledge allows us to create compliant immigration programs tailored to our clients’ workforce needs. We represent individual investors, investment funds, and entrepreneurial ventures interested in obtaining U.S. residency through investment. We are well-versed in all investment categories including EB-5, E-2 treaty investor, and EB-1C multinational executive/manager green cards. Our attorneys work closely with investors to determine their optimal immigration pathway and prepare materials that demonstrate source of funds, job creation, and investment capability.

Sid Chary, Attorney at Law

With over a decade of experience and a proven record of success, I offer in-depth legal knowledge and a strategic perspective tailored to each client’s unique needs. My aim is to understand the challenges you face and guide you toward solutions that mitigate risk while furthering your goals. I partner with clients for the long haul, earning trust through compassionate counsel and constant availability. My diverse expertise allows me to anticipate obstacles and plan accordingly, while identifying new opportunities for growth. I combine legal acumen with business savvy to serve as an indispensable ally and asset. Through a nuanced, conscientious approach, I help clients overcome hurdles and thrive by enabling well-informed decisions that drive success. Sid holds an undergraduate degree in International Business and Management from American University in Washington D.C. and a J.D. from St. Thomas University located in Miami, Florida. Prior to starting his own practice in 2011 he clerked for the Honorable Judge Reyes of the11th Judicial Circuit (FL) and worked for law firms both in Miami and Manhattan.
